| 摘 要： | 在新经济地理的理论框架下．产业集聚、技术溢出与区域经济增长间存在循环因果关系。把中原经济区25个省级技术开发区作为样本，实证检验产业集聚的技术溢出对区域经济增长的影响及效果，可以断言：产业集聚目前已成为中原经济区经济增长的主要力量。但由于区域内集聚区与非集聚区没有形成产业联动发展模式，使得技术溢出与经济增长呈现出反向变化关系，并且贡献系数不大。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the theoretical framework of the new economic geography,there exists circular causality between industrial agglomeration,technology spillovers and regional economic growth.Take the 25 provincial Technological Development Zone in the central zone as samples,empirical testing the effects of industrial clustering technology spillovers on regional economic growth,we draw the conclusion that industrial clustering has become a major force in the central zone of economic growth,but the gathering area in the region and the non-concentrated area doesn’t form industrial linkage development model,showing a reverse relationship between spillover and economic growth,and the contribution coefficient. |
