| 摘 要： | 近年来,对动机的研究一直是心理学界的热点,尤其是激发学习动机,提高学习能力的问题更受到各个心理学流派的关注,以至在本世纪心理学的研究对象里,已不再把动机作为个性倾向性的一个因素,而是单独的作为一个重要部分出现。
