花背蟾蜍消化道胚后发育的消化酶活性研究

摘    要:利用酶学方法对花背蟾蜍(Bufo raddei stranch)消化道胚后发育(26~39期)的蛋白酶、淀粉酶及脂肪酶活性进行了研究.结果表明,蛋白酶活性大小为:胃>食道>十二指肠>回肠>直肠.淀粉酶活性大小为:回肠>十二指肠>直肠>胃>食道.脂肪酶活性大小为:回肠>十二指肠>胃>直肠>食道.蛋白酶的活性以胃中最高,淀粉酶和脂肪酶则主要分布于肠道.在花背蟾蜍消化道胚后发育过程中,各部位蛋白酶、淀粉酶及脂肪酶的活性呈升高趋势.表明消化酶活性的变化与消化道结构的逐步完善相一致.

Abstract:Activities of three digestive enzyme including protease,amylase and lipase in Bufo raddei stranch were determined during the postembryonic development(stages 26~39) by the zymologic method.Results showed that protease activities ranged as follows: stomach esophagus duodenum ileum rectum.Amylase activities ranged as follows: ileum duodenum rectum stomach esophagus.Lipase activities ranged as follows: ileum duodenum stomach rectum esophagus.Protease activity in stomach was high,but amylase and lipase were distributed in intestine.The activities of the three digestive enzymes were increased during the whole postembryonic development.These indicated that the changes of activities of digestive enzymes were consistent with the diges-tive system gradually perfect.
