| 摘 要： | 以马克思主义的实践观为理论依据 ,通过对东西部地区农业生态环境、农业生产条件、农业现代要素投入、农业生产力水平、农村经济与社会结构、农民收入及生活水平的比较 ,全面说明了西部地区农业发展现状 ,指出西部农业发展的主要问题有 :农业生态环境恶劣、农业投入不足、生产条件差、产业结构单一、生产方式落后、农民的科学文化素质低下等。

| Abstract: | According to the Marxist view on practice,the paper compared the agricultural development situation of the western and eastern regions,and pointed out some problems existed in the agricultural development of the western regions.For example,bad agricultural ecosystem and production condition、inadequate agricultural input 、single industry structure、backward manufacture pattern and lower scientific and cultural quality of the farmers and so on. |
