| Abstract: | "Three Ministry co-exist equally" is ideal official system in feudal society of china,so itself does not exists problems.In the early years,the southern Sony Dynasty confronts internal trouble and foreign invasion.Though "three ministry return one" is benefical to unity of government decree,this situation needs emperors to contral even more.The result of "Three Ministry return one" becomes one of important factors of expansion of prime minister right in the southern dynasty instead. |
