| 摘 要： | 审前准备程序的完善是民事审判方式改革的迫切要求和必然结果。在此探讨了民事审前准备程序应追求的价值目标，介绍了国外民事审前准备程序的做法，分析了我国审前准备程序的主要内容及弊端，进而提出了我国审前准备程序重构的设想。

| Abstract: | Perfection of preparatory procedure before civil trial is the urgent need and inevitable outcome of the reform of civil trial. This paper just discusses the objectives of preparatory procedure before civil trial, introduces its practice in foreign countries, analyzes the main content and disadvantages of preparatory procedure before civil trial in our country, and makes some plans for reconstructing our preparatory procedure before civil trial. |
