| 摘 要： | “中国梦”的实质是实现中华民族的伟大复兴，实现中国梦必将造福包括亿万妇女在内的全体人民，实现“中国梦”也必须凝聚包括亿万妇女在内的中国力量。这其中，教育是影响社会经济发展和个人发展的重要因素，保证女性受教育的权利不仅体现了“男女平等”的基本国策，更为女性实现自身价值。成就女性梦想进而实现中国梦提供了重要保证。

| Abstract: | The essence of the ＂China Dreams＂ is the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,realize the dream must benefit of mankind including hundreds of millions of women,and it also needs women＇s power.As we all know,the education is an important factor which will affecting the economic and personal development,so ensure the women＇s right to education is not only reflect the equality of the sexes,but also provide the indemnification of achieving the women＇s dream and the ＂China Dreams＂. |
