| Abstract: | The article argues the withdrawing of state-owned business enterprise theoretically from three aspects ,which is an inevitable outcome of the history and the inside request of our country reform and development. That is to say the withdraw of the state-owned enterprise is founded on the inside request of market economy system, the fixed position of state-owned business enterprise in itself and the low efficiency of the propriety in the state-owned enterprise. |
