| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育教学改革的不断深化,学分制是成人高等教育教学管理模式发展的方向,但在实施学分制的过程中,却存在传统观念的束缚、学年制的影响、教学管理体系不适应等阻碍和犹疑,本文就学分制在成人教育教学中所面临的境遇进行重新审视,具有现实的意义。

| Abstract: | With the development of the teaching reform of the higher education,credit system is a new direction of adult higher education teaching management.But there are a series of problems in the process of carrying out credit system,for example,manacling of traditional concept,influence of academic year and unfitting of teaching management system and so on.This paper suggests some strategies on those problems. |
