| 摘 要： | 公共选择理论是将经济学的研究方法运用到行政学中,来分析和解决政府效率低下的问题。根据公共选择理论的启示,中国在制定公共政策的过程中,必须从国情出发,制定有利于经济发展、人民幸福和社会稳定的公共政策,提高政府提供公共服务和公共产品的质量,满足人民群众日益增长的物质和文化的需要。

| Abstract: | Public choice theory is used to the administration of the method with studying the economics,in order to analyze and solve the problem of low efficiency of the government.According to the enlightenment of the public choice theory,being from actual conditions,the public policy is formulated for economic development,people＇s happiness and social stability,to improve the quality of the government to provide public services and public product,and to satisfy the needs of the people＇s growing material and cultural. |
