摘    要:通识教育又称普通教育或一般教育,它既是一种理念,也是一种人才培养模式。通识教育旨在培养完整的人。随着新课程改革的实施,注重学生发展理念已逐步深入人心,同时对高师教育也提出了新的要求。本文在通识教育的理念下,就小学教师培养模式改革的内涵、存在主要问题、策略等问题进行了粗浅探讨。

Abstract:Genera education is also known as ordinary education or liberal education, both as a concept, but also a training model. General education aims to develop a complete person. With the new curriculum reform, focusing on student development concept has been gradu-ally accepted, while the higher education also made new demands. In this paper, under the concept of general education, we discuss the connotation, the main problems exist on the training mode of primary school teachers, strategies etc.
