| 摘 要： | 党的十七届六中全会提出了建设社会主义文化强国的奋斗目标,要实现这一目标,重点、难点和突破口在基层、在农村,因此,当前基层党组织的核心任务之一就是要以大力发展农村文化作为基层党组织建设的着力点,树立"文化民生"理念,把保障和改善广大群众的文化权益、精神生活水平,提升群众幸福指数作为当前和今后的重点任务,以此为突破口,实现基层党建创新。

| Abstract: | Chinese Communist Party’s seventeen sessions of six CCP plenary conferences proposed the construction of socialist culture power struggling target,aiming to achieve this one goal in rural areas,the current organization of basic level party one of the core tasks is to vigorously develop the rural culture as the focal point of the construction of grass-roots party organizations,establishing cultural livelihood concept,the protection and improvement of the majority of the masses culture rights and interests,as a breakthmugh point, realization of grass—roots party construction innovation. |
