| 摘 要： | 民主法制建设与思想政治工作,是社会主义政治文明的两个实践范畴。它们的统一关系:民主法制教育是思想政治工作的重要内容和目标;思想政治工作是促进民主法制建设的重要手段和保证;民主法制建设与思想政治工作统一的实践途径是思想政治工作法制化和民主法制建设教育化。

| Abstract: | Democratic and legal systematic construction, and ideological and political work are two practical categories of the socialist political civilization. Their relations are as follows: the former is a very important content and aim of the later; the later is a very important method and a kind of guarantee of the former; the concrete of way of their unity is that ideological and political work is done by legal system and that democratic and legal systematic construction is done by education. |
