| 摘 要： | 0～6岁学前教育一体化是21世纪教育发展的必然趋势。目前我国的学前教育一体化刚刚起步,无论是对学前教育一体化概念的理解,还是在方针、政策的制定和全面实施上,都还没有清晰的思路。新西兰、英国、日本的学前教育一体化管理和实践经验及历程,对我们有借鉴意义。
