| 摘 要： | 采用纳米包覆的方法用环糊精将退黑激素包覆于其纳米级环状孔中，制成干粉，再与豆粕（或大豆）的提取物--大豆异黄酮复配，得到了一种具有重要生理功能保健品，讨论了环糊精的类型、用量及溶剂对包埋率的影响，并对其复合作用机理进行了初步分析。

| Abstract: | Melation was embedded in the annular nanoapertures of cyclodextrins,dried and floured,then compounded with soybean isoflavone which was distilled from soybean dreg or soybean to prepare a kind of composite nutriment which has important physiological activities,Effect of category and dosage of cyclodextrin and solvent on percent embedment was discussed,composite mechanism of the nutriment was also analysed. |
