| 摘 要： | 随着当前经济的高速发展,社会公众环境意识的增强和目前严峻的环境形势,我国环保工作面临新的挑战和压力。作为环境保护工作重要方面之一的环境执法工作,是我国各项环境法律法规得以顺利实施的重要保障,是环境法律法规在社会生活中的各个领域发挥作用,使政治经济和社会等事务朝着有利于环境保护的方向顺利进行的有力保障。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of economy, the public environmental awareness and the enhancement of the severe environmental situation, make China＇ s environmental protection work face new challenges and pressure. As one of the important environmental protection work environmental law enforcement work is the important protection to implementation of the various environmental laws and regulations it can make enviromment law play an active role in social life,and it is the powerful safeguard to make the political, economic and social affairs go on developing inthe right direction. |
