| 摘 要： | 大学生文化素质教育是我国各高校面向 2 1世纪教学改革的重要课题。师范生整体素质不高的根本原因、是缺乏丰厚的文化底蕴。师范教育的人文化倾向、要求师范生会为师、会育人、会教研、会管理。这些对师范教育质的规定性 ,要求师范生文化素质教育必须走内涵式发展的路子 ,在师范大学生的政治和思想道德素质、科学文化素质、人文素质、心理素质、教师职业素质和审美素质等方面的教育和培养上下功夫 ,必须处理好人文素养和科学素养、民族文化和世界文化、先进文化与强势文化、“授业”与“传道”、政治理论课和文化专业课等方面的关系

| Abstract: | In facing the 21st century teaching reform,college students' cultural quality education is becoming an important point for every university.The essential factor that caused the general low quality of the would be teachers is lack of enrichable cultural foundation.The educational aim of normal university is to make students good at teaching,training,researching and managing.These natural requirements determine that we must take the connotational development of the students as a fundamental principle;work hard at political and moral education,science and cultural education,human quality education,psychological education,teaching professional education and aesthetic education,harmonize the relationship between human accomplishment and science accomplishment,traditional culture and national culture,advanced culture and dominational culture,"teaching knowledge"and "transmit wisdom",political course and major courses. |
