| 摘 要： | 目前 ,国内对高校大学生心理健康问题的研究日益重视 ,但对高等职业技术院校 (简称高职 ,下同 )大学生心理问题的研究还少见报道。本文用情绪稳定性测验对在校 10 5名新高职大学生进行了调查。结果表明 ,这一群体在心理健康方面存在较多的问题。其中 ,自卑、抑郁情绪表现较突出。本文还采用自编问卷对 2 2 0名高职大学生心理健康教育及辅导心理需求进行了调查 ,并对如何结合高职特点开展心理健康教育进行了对策性研究

| Abstract: | At present,people pay more and more attention to the various problems occured to college students,but there are few reports about the research on the psychological problems of Vocational and Technical College's students. This essay divides the investigations into the psychological healthy education and its requirements among 105 and 220 students in Luohe Vocational and Technical College by using the test of mood stability and the questionnaires which are compiled personally. The result shows that there are many problems in the students' psychological health and the feature is that the mood of self contempt and depression exist more commonly. The essay also explains the research of countermeasures on how to carry out the education of psychological health to the college students,which is closely related to the features of the Vocational and Technical College students. |
