| 摘 要： | 我国民营企业近些年来发展速度很快,已成为推动我国经济持续、快速、健康发展的重要力量.但同时,也存在着严重困难和问题,制约其发展.本文提出,当前困扰民营企业发展的主要问题,一是融资贷款难;二是产品质量差,管理模式旧;三是各类人才严重缺乏.文章在分析以上问题的基础上提出了相应的解决措施.

| Abstract: | In recent years, private enterprises in China have been developing rapidly, having become important forces in promoting sustainable, fast and healthy growth of our economy. However, at the same time, there exist serious difficulties and problems restricting the development of private enterprises. This thesis points out that there are three major problems troubling the development of private enterprises, i.e. A. the difficulty in financing and loaning; B. poor product quality and outdated management mode; C. serious lack of talented people in various fields. This thesis puts forward corresponding measures for solution based on analyzing the problems mentioned above. |
