| 摘 要： | 作为旅游业中重要的组成部分，旅游景区也是最敏感的，它的发展易受各种突发性危机事件的影响和冲击，因而加强危机管理成为景区管理的一项重要内容。针对云南旅游景区发展中面临的主要危机，论述了云南旅游景区实施危机管理的必要性，并分析了云南旅游景区目前存在的危机类型及危机管理内容，有助于云南旅游业的健康、持续发展。

| Abstract: | Scenic area is a very special enterprise, while crisis in scenic area has its distinctive characteristics. Scenic area is one of the important components in tourist industry. It＇s sensitive so its development is apt to be influenced by various crisis events. Thus the crisis management has become an important content among manage- ment of scenic area in Yunnan. The article discusses the necessary of crisis management and analyzes the types of tourism crisis and the crisis management contents of scenic area in Yunnan. |
