| 摘 要： | 文章以杭州2011中国残疾人运动会为例，对小型体育赛事的影响效应进行研究，并通过构建小型体育赛事影响效应居民感知维度与支持度结构方程模型，进行关系验证。研究表明：杭州居民对残运会影响的感知利益在赛后有不同程度的增加，感知成本有不同程度的减弱，并且两个时间段居民的感知利益均强于感知成本；杭州居民对残运会支持度较高，且在赛前赛后两个阶段没有显著性差异；杭州居民对残运会影响效应感知包括社会文化和形象提升效益、社会成本、经济效益、交通和生活成本、建设和文化成本等5个测量维度，其中社会文化和形象提升效益对居民支持度有显著的正向影响，社会成本、交通和生活成本、建设和文化成本对支持度具有显著的负向影响，而经济效益对支持度影响不显著。

| Abstract: | This study takes 2011 China National Disabled Games as an example to investigate residents＇ perceptions towards the impacts of the small - scale - sport events on their communities before and after the games. Using the data collected before and after the Games, a structural equation model for measurement dimensions of residents＇ perceived impacts and their supports to- wards small - scale - sport events is established and the relationship between them is also tested. The findings of this study are as follows ： Hangzhou residents＇ perceptions towards the impacts of the Disabled Games are changed with the perceived benefits in- creased and perceived costs decreased after the games. Overall, Hangzhou residents＇ perceptions of the benefits from the games outweigh the costs. Hangzhou residents have strong supports to the Disabled Games and no significant difference is found before and after the games. The measurement dimensions of Hangzhou residents＇ perceived impacts towards the games include social cul- ture and image improvement benefits, social problems, economic benefits, traffic congestion and increased living costs, construc- tion and cultural costs. Social culture and image improvement benefits are the significantly positive factors to influence residents＇ supports towards the games while social problems, traffic congestion and increased living costs, construction and cultural costs are the three significantly negative factors to influence residents＇ supports. There is no significant relationship between the economic benefits and the residents＇ supports. |
