| 摘 要： | 近20年来,随着网络教学实践的飞速发展,人们对网络教学的规律逐渐认识,网络教学的理念也不断变革和趋于成熟。网络教学发展迄今已三代,第一代是以技术为主导的单向传递的网络教学模式,第二代是以教学论为主导的双向互动的网络教学模式,第三代是以网络教学论为主导的全方位的网络教学模式。通过建立功能强大、灵活方便、易于使用、共建共享、具有良好成本效益的平台,能成为发展第三代网络教学的传递工具。第三代网络课程的开发,采用新的使用方便的开发互动网络课件的软件,教学设计人员和教师能在工作岗位上,主持开发符合教育规律的互动网络课件。网络教学的师资培训尤为重要,教师和培训者需要接受系统的培训。在实施第三代网络教学中,由于信息交流技术的使用日益便利,教师将起着领导和主导的作用,技术人员将处于支持和辅助的地位。
