| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化趋势的增强,我国各个领域对外语类人才的需求与日俱增,英语专业毕业生曾一度出现供不应求的局面。近些年来,很多师范类和非师范类本科高校都已开设英语专业,但是目前供求关系又出现比较尴尬的变化——供过于求、供非所求。对就业现状及其潜在的问题进行分析,找出毕业生就业困难的原因,并提出相应的解决策略。

| Abstract: | With increasing of the economic globalization,China s demand for the foreign language talents of various fields is also progressing.At one time,English majors were in short supply.In recent years,many normal or non-normal universities have set English department.But the embarrassing reality has become“supply exceeding demand or supply missing demand”.The article is to find out the reasons for graduates employment difficulties,and put forward the suggestions to solve it through the analysis of employment status and potential problems. |
