| 摘 要： | 社区大学是美国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,以服务地方经济为办学宗旨,具有入学条件及入学年龄宽松,与大学本科教育无缝衔接的办学特色。近些年,我国高等职业教育不断加强校企合作,专业特色鲜明,成效显著,但其发展过程中仍存在诸多问题,高职高专院校毕业生的就业状况并没有得到有效改善。从大学职能、办学模式、教学理念、课程设置等方面深入分析美国社区大学的办学特色,对我国高等职业教育的发展具有启示作用与借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Community college is an important part of the American higher education system.It aims to serve the local economy and has the characteristics of easy admission conditions and age and seamless connection with undergraduate education.In recent years,higher vocational education continues to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation in China,with distinctive specialty characteristics and remarkable results,but there are still many problems in the development process,and the employment situation of graduates of higher vocational colleges has not been effectively improved.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of American community colleges from the aspects of university functions,mode of running schools,teaching philosophy and curriculum setting,so as to provide enlightenment and reference for the development of higher vocational education in China. |
