摘    要:师德是教师的核心职业素养,师范生作为人民教师的后继者,师德素养是其不可或缺的部分。新时代条件下,我国的师德教育虽然取得了一定成效,但仍面临教育实践不足、教育途径单一、教育氛围不浓、教育效果欠佳等问题。因此,师范生师德教育亟需通过拓展师德实践渠道,巩固师德认知;创新师德教育途径,激发师德情感;营造师德教育氛围,培养师德意识;强化师德教育考核,唤起师德自觉等对策,切实提升未来教师队伍的整体素质。

Abstract:Teachers’ morality is the core professional accomplishment of teachers. As the successor of teachers, teachers’ morality is an indispensable part of normal university students. In the new era, although China’s teacher ethics education has achieved some results, it still faces problems such as insufficient educational practice, single educational approach, weak educational atmosphere and poor educational effect. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the cognition of teachers’ morality by expanding the practice channels of teachers’ morality in normal university students, to innovate the way of teachers’ moral education and stimulate the emotion of teacher’ moral, to create the atmosphere of teacher ethics education and cultivate the consciousness of teacher ethics, and measures such as strengthening the assessment of teachers’ moral education and arousing teachers’ moral consciousness should be taken to improve the overall quality of the teachers in the future.
