摘    要:提供力学服务是永磁装置重要的用途之一,因而磁场力的计算是磁力在机械设计、应用的重要内容。本文介绍了公式算法的推导结果,通过公式法和ANSYS有限元分析两种方法对永磁铁样本进行磁场模拟计算,得到永磁体铁块的磁场特性和磁吸附力。最后通过实际测量永磁铁样本的磁感应强度验证了公式算法和有限元分析方式的合理性、可行性,分析了公式算法和有限元分析两种方式计算的磁力与实际磁场力的误差大小,并得到了永磁铁表面磁感应强度的变化规律。

Abstract:The provision of mechanical service is one of the important uses of permanent magnet devices.Therefore,the calculation of magnetic field force is an important part of magnetic mechanical design and application.This paper introduces the derivation result of the formula algorithm.The magnetic field and magnetic attraction of the permanent magnet block are obtained by calculating the magnetic field of the permanent magnet sample by using the magnetic moment formula of the rare earth permanent magnet sample and using ANSYS finite element analysis.Finally,the rationality and feasibility of the formula algorithm and the finite element analysis method are verified by the actual measurement of the permanent magnet sample.The error between the magnetic force and the actual magnetic field force calculated by the formula algorithm and the finite element analysis are analyzed,and the variation of magnetic induction intensity on the surface of permanent magnet is obtained.
