| Abstract: | After the restructuring, integration and other forms of change, state - owned enterprises laced with the complexity and particularity in the reform of the personnel system. The key to the success of the development of the reform is whether the ideological and political work can be done thoroughly and meticu- lously. The employees should face contradictions correctly, which provides guarantee for the smooth imple-mentation of the reform. |
