| Abstract: | The social estate system of the salary is a foundation of the wage system. Correct setting wage social estate system is the basic respect of organizing the salary assign rationally. In order to realize the smooth transition between new basic wage system and the old one, and guarantee the stability during the reform, we must deal carefully with the new things and new problems in the salary revision. |
