| 摘 要： | 随着城市化的快速推进，原有的就业格局已被打破，农村城市化进程中劳动力的就业问题，已成为一个亟待研究和解决的问题。调整相关政策，减轻就正压力；提高劳动力素质，增强就业竞争；推进制度创新，优化就业模式；拓宽就业渠道，发展乡域经济，是有效缓解农村就业矛盾的积极措施。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of urban construction, the original job ken. During the course of urbanization of villages, the employment of labor arrangement has been broforce has become the problem demanding prompt research and solution. Adjusting policies concerned with employment, relieving the pressure for employment, enhancing the quality of labor force, strengthening the competition of em- ployment, promoting system innovation, optimizing employment mode, widening job opportunities and developing village and township enterprises are all efficient measures to ease the employment problem of villages. |
