| 摘 要： | 构建和谐校园，不仅有利于自身的发展，也对促进和谐社会建设有重要意义。本文将以笔者自己所在的高校为背景，就如何构建和谐的校园文化、构建和谐的学校人际关系、构建学校与学生发展间的和谐、促进学校与社会的和谐，从而为建设和谐社会贡献力量进行探讨。
