| 摘 要： | 国有企业思想政治工作必须进行创新,这是社会历史发展的必然,是形势和任务的客观要求.企业思想政治工作创新,最根本的是要坚持实事求是,从实际出发,不能一味地标新立异,为创新而创新.企业思想政治工作创新应着力从根本问题、企业改革发展的实际问题和企业员工亟待解决的问题上突破.

| Abstract: | The state-owned enterprise ideological and political work must be carried out innovation,which is the inevitable development of history,is the objective necessity of the situation and tasks.In the enterprise ideological and political work innovation,the most fundamental thing is to persist in seeking truth from facts,proceeding from reality and not simply of doing something unorthodox,and innovation for the sake of innovation.Enterprise ideological and political work must focus on innovation from the root of the problem,the practical problems in the reform and development and their employees' problems to be urgently solved. |
