| 摘 要： | 通过对建设项目施工成本的分析，找出成本控制中的关键问题以及控制中的不足，根据控制理论的原理提出一种成本控制方法，并利用计算机信息技术的成果对成本控制采用动态的实时控制，将施工的全过程置于系统的控制之下，从而用最优的计划和管理，确保施工成本的最优控制。
