| 摘 要： | 建筑工程的安全问题是我国目前经济运行中面临的一个突出问题，不仅关系到建筑行业的发展，而且关系到社会的和谐与进步，建筑安全科学管理是一个复杂的系统工程，需要通过一定的科学管理体系来实现，其结果是将建筑安全事故降低到一个合理范围内，保障建筑安全管理目标的实现。

| Abstract: | Now, the size and the amount of large scale construction in our country are unprecedented around the world and in history. Among them, many types of equipment, especially large equipment takes up a great percentage, they even become the core of the construction. How to introduce and exert the supervision system and how to apply the idea and method of the modem management theory, system science, and control science to have a scientific supervision is a problem worth researching. |
