| 摘 要： | 在社会主义市场经济条件下，社会竞争日益激烈，对人才需求的标准也越来越高。高职院校作为直接为国家培养人才、输送人才的基地，应把握市场需求的脉搏，掌握时代发展的气息，转变过去单一的专业型培养方式，为社会培养既具有专业知识，又具有独立自主、大胆创新能力的应用型人才。在这一教育新形势下，高职院校学生干部队伍建设也应开拓思路、更新观念、转变机制，以适应现代教育新形势发展的需要。

| Abstract: | In the socialist market economy, in an increasingly competitive society, the standard of demand for talent is getting higher and higher. Vocational college, as a direct base to train and supply qualified personnel for the country, should grasp the pulse of the market demand, understand the development direction of our times so as to change the simple professional training mode to train for society the application talents with both professional knowledge and the capability to innovate independently and boldly. Under the new educational situation, the building of the students＇contingent of cadres in vocational college should also expand mind, update concepts, and change the mechanism to meet the needs of modem educational development under the new situation. |
