| 摘 要： | 社会责任管理已经成为高校管理的重要内容。文章从社会发展和高校自身发展两方面探讨了高校社会责任产生的背景；从文化生产力的发展要求、利益相关者互动需求、高校自身发展前提和结果等方面分析了高校社会责任的来源和依据；从人才培养、文化传承、科学研究、服务社会、引导创新等角度提出了高校社会责任的内涵和主要内容。

| Abstract: | Management of social responsibility has become an important part of university management. This paper alscusses me background of university social responsibility from two aspects of the social development the selof-development. And it analyzes the sources and basis of university social responsibility, which based on the requirements of cultural productive development, de- mands of stakeholder interaction, preconditions and results of university development.And then it provides the main meanings and contents of university social responsibility from the angles of the talents cultivation, cultural inheritance, scientific research, social services, and innovation guide and so on. |
