摘    要:用轻稀土含量为0.1%的WC-0.1 RE-10 Co硬质合金混合料,在1380℃温度下真空烧结,制备CNMG-120408型号车刀.将刀具经喷砂和超声清洗后,采用磁控溅射工艺在表面沉积TiAlN涂层.对涂层刀具进行微观结构观察和切削性能实验.结果表明:轻稀土的添加有助于增加涂层与基体的结合力,延长使用寿命并降低制备成本.

Abstract:With light rare earth content is 0. 1%wt,WC-0. 1RE-10Co cemented carbide mixture vacuum sintering at 1 380℃,preparation of CNMG - 120408 type of turning tool. After sandblasting and ultrasonic cleaning,TiAlN coatings were deposited by magnetron sputtering process on the tool surface. Microstructure observation and cutting performance experiment were carried out on the coated tools. The results show that:the addition of light rare earth help to increase the adhesion strength of the coating and substrate,prolong service life and decrease the cost of the preparation.
