| 摘 要： | 本文在阐述地域资源优势含义的基础上，对西部地区地域资源优势进行客观评价，分析了西部地区地域资源优势开发利用的障碍因素，提出了西部地区地域资源优势产业化发展的基本思路，认为建立和发展民族医药产业、草原畜牧产业、观光旅游产业、区域特色产业是实现西部地区资源优势向经济优势转化的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The paper renewedly commented the definition of regionalresource advantage,impersonally evaluated the advantages and limiting factors of resource exploiting, and put out that the effective way of the translation from resource advantage into economic advantage in west China is to set up and develep the industries of national medicine and pharmaceuticals,pasture and animal husbandry,tourism and special industries with regional characteristics. |
