| 摘 要： | 大学生党建工作中,思想政治理论课有利于端正大学生入党动机,为党建工作开展提供理论基础,提升大学生党建工作队伍素质。而任课教师能够教育引导大学生端正入党动机,参与大学生党员培训,推动大学生党员培养。但目前思想政治理论课及任课教师的作用不充分,有必要采取完善措施:优化思想政治理论课堂教学,组织课外实践活动,加大思想政治理论课在党建学习与考核比重。同时还要健全并落实规章制度,搭建任课教师宣讲团队,提高大学生党员培训质量,并调动任课教师科研主动性,探索规律,为党建工作开展提供理论基础。

| Abstract: | In the party building work of college students,the ideological and political theory course is conducive to rectifying the motivation of college students to join the party,providing a theoretical basis for the party building work,and improving the quality of the party building work team of college students.The teachers can educate and guide college students to join the party,motivate them to participate in the training of party members,and promote the training of college student party members.However,the current role of ideological and political theory courses and the teachers is not sufficient.It is necessary to take perfect measures:optimize classroom teaching of ideological and political theory,organize extra-curricular practice activities,and increase the proportion of ideological and political theory courses in party building.At the same time,it is necessary to improve and implement rules and regulations,build a lecture team for lecturers,improve the training quality of party members for college students,and mobilize the initiative of teachers in scientific research,explore the laws,and provide a theoretical basis for the development of party building. |
