| 摘 要： | TOPSwitch器件是一种新型单片开关电源芯片，它除了一般的PWM控制功能外，还集成了自动重启功能，过流、过热保护功能，大功率MOSFET等。本文介绍了TOPSwitch系列芯片的工作原理以及设计方法。使用它制作高频开关电源，具有成本低，电路简单，效率高等优点。

| Abstract: | Three-terminal off-line PWM switch is a new type of monolithic on-off chip. Besides PWM control function, it has restart, overflow, overtemperature protective function, and high-power MOSFET, etc. The authors presented the working principle and designing method of TOPSwitch series. It has advantages such as low cost, simple circuit, and high efficiency. |
