| 摘 要： | “国家示范性高职院校建设计划项目”的实施是我国教育大众公过程中一件具有里程碑意义的历史事件。各高职院校在示范院校建设的历史进程中只有从根本上转变思想观念，才能最终解决发展目标的科学界定、管理机构的设置、人才培养模式创新、师资队伍建设等八个方面的问题。解放思想观念、创新思维是落实十七大精神的重要保证。

| Abstract: | The implementation of the Project of National Demonssration School of Vocational Education is a milestone in mass education. Only the ideology can be totally converted in the construction process of demonstration school, will the eight problems be solved, such as developmental goal, management organization, talent cultivation, teachers etc. Emancipating and innovating thought can help us to fulfil the aim of the Seventeeth National Congress. |
