| 摘 要： | 本方在对高等职业技术教育办学思想深入阐述的基础上，提出了高职教育必须在专业设置、教育内容与师资队伍等上具备的一些特色，主张高等职业教育应该以综合素质为本．培养具有完备职业人格、实践技能和创新精神的人才，高职院校应依据经济社会发展与人才资源需求的现实前景，解放思想．转变观念，促进高等职业教育人才培养，走综合素质化的发展道路，很具有现实意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the further elaboration of education strategies, this paper concluded that higher vocational education must show features in specialities establish ment,teaching contents and teachers training etc. and claimed that the higher vocational education must focused on the comprehensive character, and build up talents with complete occupational personality, technical practice ability and with creation spirit. And the higher vocational colleges should emancipate there ideology, update there concepts, promote the talents training of higher vocational education,reaching a comprehensive character of the students. |
