| 摘 要： | 任何类型的教育实践活动都存在于自然、社会和人的思维三维空间的框架里。作者站在西部可持续发展的角度上，依据中国科学院可持续发展研究组的研究资料，系统分析了西部生存环境支持能力、发展支持能力、智力及社会支持能力的现状，从而提出了西部开发、高等职业技术教育要作出战略性选择的五项现实选择。

| Abstract: | All types of educational practices exist in the three-dimensional framework of nature, society and human thinking. Form the viewpoint of sustainable development of west China and according to the research data obtained by the sustainable development research group of China's Academe of Science, the paper systematically analyzed the current supporting capacity of the existence environment, development, intelligence and social resources in west China, and strategically brought up five practical choices for development and higher vocational and technical education in west China. |
