| 摘 要： | 垃圾是资源的错位。新农村建设必须根据系统工程的序曲计原理,以沼气为纽带,按照“人居———种植———养殖———沼气”四位一体的生态家园模式,使不可再生资源科学利用,让可再生资源重复利用,在生产绿色产品的同时,从根本上改变广大农村脏、乱、差的面貌,达到村容整洁之目的。
