| 摘 要： | 师范生服务期制度一直是中国师范教育制度的重要组成部分,它的存在有力地保证了师范教育效果的达成。2007年5月9日颁布实施的《教育部直属师范大学师范生免费教育实施办法(试行)》中,再次把师范生服务期制度推至大众视野,它将与其他制度一道,共同保证免费师范教育目的的实现。因此,有必要对师范生服务期的发展历程做一梳理。有鉴于此,本文尝试对20世纪前半叶师范生服务期制度的发生和发展过程进行探讨,并分析此间师范生服务期制度实施中的得失,旨在为当前实施的师范生服务期制度提供有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | The service period system of graduate of normal education has been always the most important component of normal education system.Its existence has guaranteed the effect of normal education effectively.The implementation Measures of free education for pedagogic students of normal university under the Ministry of Education promulgated and implemented on May 9,2007.Thus pushed the service period system of graduate of normal to the public perspective.And it will guarantee the objective of free education of pedagogic students with other systems to be achieved.Therefore,it is necessary to getthe development course of the service period system of graduate of normal education into shape.This article want to carry out further research on the development course of the service period system of graduate of normal education in first half of the 20th century and analyse gain and loss of the implementation of it during such period which to give useful reference to the current service period system of graduate of normal education. |
