| 摘 要： | 郭思乐教授提出的教育靠生、把权力下放给学生的生本教育理念,突出了学生在教育中的主体地位。倾诉日记正是对学校人文关怀缺失的一种有效补救。倾诉日记一要让学生乐于参与;二要让学生敢于倾诉;三要让学生喜于交流;四要让学生获得收益。倾诉日记的成效是让教师认清学生是一个有思想、会思维的人;疏导自我心理困惑,走出成长的烦恼,它必将成为班级心理健康教育中最受欢迎的形式之一。
