| 摘 要： | 由于我国高考加分政策的出台及实施过程中存在的诸多不足,导致了高考加分政策出现异化,成为高考制度对公平和效率追求的绊脚石,出现了诸多不和谐现象。鉴于此,高考改革加分政策需要作出相应的调整。今年高考加分项目的调整是对高考加分政策回归理性的实践探索,是高考加分政策改革,推进高考公平和效率协调的重要一步。高考加分项目的改革应基于这次尝试做出诸如去除软标准保留硬条件,保持上下一致,规范高考加分操作等方面的调整。
