| 摘 要： | 建立兼具公平性与科学性的高校招生考试制度是近年来高考改革的重要目标,然而高考形式改革要同时具备公平性与科学性又常存在一定的矛盾。本文在分析二者独立性的基础上主张建立以统一高考为主体的分层分类考试体系来促进公平选才与科学选才的结合。

| Abstract: | How to set up a fair and scientific system of HEE exam is the main target to reform the examination, and there are often some contradictions between the justness and scientism in forms of HEE exam. The article analyzes the uniqueness of both sides and suggests that an exan system ,in different levels, based on the unitary entrance examination, should be set up to promote both justness and scientism in talents-selecting. |
