| 摘 要： | 教育公平是高考改革的出发点和落脚点。以公平的历史性、具体性和相对性观照现行的高考制度,其间出现了不公平。其解决的办法是,必须从竞争的起点、过程及结果等环节上逐步改革完善,以力求教育公平的最大值。

| Abstract: | Education equity is both the starting point and the goal of National College Entrance Examination reform.Since the equity is history-bound,concrete and relative,it is necessary to survey the inequities in the current National College Entrance Examination system from the starting point, procedure and result of competition so as to achieve the maximum of education equity. |
