| 摘 要： | 本围绕江泽民同志“三个代表”关于我们党始终代表先进化前进方向的重要精神，提出新时期高等学校素质教育应该是：思想政治教育要以理想信念教育作为核心内容；道德教育要突出主旋律；化教育要重视全面发展，突出创新和实践能力培养；纪律教育要重视法律素质的培养。

| Abstract: | Around the important gist of "the direction of advanced culture consistently guided and represented by our Party" among "the Three Represents", put forward by the Party's General Secretary Jiang, this article holds that during the new period, quality education in colleges should be that ideological and political education should revolve around the ideal and faith education as their nucleus; morality education should stress the main melody, and the culture education should attach importance to developing in an all-round-way and cultivating the creative and practical abilities; while the education of discipline should emphasize on cultivating legal quality. |
