餐饮企业供应链竞争力的模糊评价及其应用

摘    要:餐饮企业供应链竞争力的评价是一个复杂的问题.因为影响、制约餐饮企业供应链竞争力的因素很多,而且很多因素的优劣表现具有某种模糊性.文章在定义餐饮企业供应链竞争力、构建其综合评价指标体系的基础上,运用模糊层次关系评价方法对餐饮企业供应链的竞争力进行综合评价,并就其具体的应用展开一些有益的讨论;而且还就如何提高餐饮企业供应链的竞争力,提出了自己的一些看法.

Abstract:The appraisal of competitive power of dining enterprise's supplying chain is a complex question.Because the factors,which affect and restrict the competitive power of the dining enterprise's supplying chain,may be so much,moreover the performance of these factors has some kinds of fuzziness.This text is on the basis of defining the competitive power of the dining enterprise's supplying chain,structuring its comprehensive evaluation index system,use the fuzzy level relation to appraise the method to carry on comprehensive appraisal on the competitiveness that the competitive power of the dining enterprise's supplying chain,and launch some beneficial discussions on its concrete application;on how thesis improve the competitive power of the dining enterprise's supplying chain,put forward(one's) own some view also.
